Senator John Kennedy Confronts Mayorkas With Illegal Immigration Facts

You've done nothing for four years. Nada, zero, zilch," said Kennedy.

"In fact, the only people I know in this country who are better off today than they were four years ago are illegal immigrants. And that's as a result of your policy.”

That’s just some of what Senator Kennedy had to say to Mayorkas during yesterday’s Senate appropriations hearing.

Kennedy went on, his conciliatory tone in stark contrast to his scathing rebuke of Mayorkas. He politely asked Mayorkas if he just parachuted in from another planet, as he is the only person in the Milky Way who believes we are not having massive, massive illegal immigration into America. He pointed out the remarkable coincidence that illegals are being counted in census reports which determine the number of electoral votes per state, while Mayorkas denied that is a goal of the bleeding borders.

With an estimated 16.8 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., their inclusion affects House seat allocation.

Kennedy said while people may be "poorer" under Biden, they're not "stupid enough to believe" the Biden administration is managing the situation as best it can.

He listed the hundreds of executive actions Biden took to open the floodgates at the border and pointed out that he can just as easily reverse those.
